“Would have been nice to know about the exact vent pipe and specialized exhaust vent that are needed for this unit upon purchase. I wasted over $100 on the wrong set up and then had to pay an arm and a leg to replace what had been installed and then purchase the correct set up from a Rinnai certified plumber and have it professionally installed.”
