“During the dark and cold autumn and winter period, we get little natural D-vit up here north. If it doesn't snow it rains and it's overcast much of the time, at least theese days.
One needs to add some important Vitamin D. I have used this product for several years, I take one each day and blood test at doctor now show a D-vit range of 125-150 n/mol, vs before I started using this product, I was hitting low 60ish n/mol. I recommend this product, and all of my family use it.
Note: We have friends that uses this product base on our recomendation. One of them experienced a small stomach problem, which went away using a smaller dosage 2000iU.”
