“Recently purchased this outfit, and I couldn't be happier! This 3wt rod is well balanced with the Big Y 5/6 Standard reel, and has a nice light cast and great control. The reel drag is quite smooth, and the rod butt is sturdy enough to handle pretty big trout as I found out the first time I went fishing with this outfit. All in all, a fantastic value. If you're just getting into euro nymphing, or even if you're a seasoned veteran and want a backup outfit, this is a great option.”
