“I love my wristband. It works great, there is many features. I like that you guys fix errors and introduce new features. The only thing I would like you improve it's battery life: it's vary disturbing to charge it every 3 days. I would be grate to do it at least once per week.”

“I started with the Biostrap March 22. It had glitches from the start. Super long sync times, android app needed updating, sleep sessions not syncing, charging pod stopped charging. Worked with Caitlin who had lots of ideas on how to fix things and some of them worked, some did not. Ended up getting a new sensor and charging pad a couple weeks ago. Still dealing with long sync times, sleep not syncing automatically and having to add a session, and then last night, the charging pod stopped working. Was instructed by Caitlin to un plug and plug back in. Now working. I believe that these things should be already figured out and fixed. Very in-depth biometric readings, but simple things are still glitchy? I asked if I could return the units for refund and was told that wouldn't be possible. Not a good way to back your product with someone who has been trying to get it to work properly for almost 3 months. Hopefully they will read this (not delete it), and think twice about letting me return it.”

“Your technology is great but I found it too confusing and complicated to use. I was really looking for something different and I thought your product was it. Maybe later after there have been some changes and more reviews show me change.”

“Over all I like the product besides having the wristband go dead just after getting it and having to wait a week to get it to start working again. I would like to see it be able to possible read blood pressure and when exercising I would like it to record max heart rate just so we can see how high it got.”

“I bought two biostraps, one for my son and one for me. The first did not work and they wanted to send me a new one. I told them to let me try the second one first. The second one worked but the oxygen saturation said 99-100 % when my oxygen sats were 87. I had a six minute walk test while I was using it, so I know it was wrong. That is 12% error. That is terrible. When I tried to return both because I don't want it if it is that inaccurate. (they told me there was a 3% accuracy of the pulse ox), they charged me 25.00 restocking fee for the first and 10.00 for the second.....FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS!! This is a terrible company. I would tell everyone not to buy.”

“I have had my Biostrap for 10 days. I love it. It tracks steps, activity, and sleep with great accuracy. Enjoy the deeper dive into biometrics than other wearables. Wish the battery life was a bit longer, but it charges quickly.”

“I will have to give this one star. Received product and right off the bat no HearRate info was being captured. Called support and support team was working on the issue. It was a busy day at work so I have not moved from the desk much today and noticed that my step count indicated that I had walked some. I then took note of the count and checked an hour later and I had not taken one step and my step count increased quite a bit. The only thing I have done is use my mouse at work. So I am informed I will be charged a restocking fee for returning a defective product. Stay Away”

“The product is excellent. I have not yet learned yet how to maximize use of the features the phone offers. I find the operating instructions lacking which prevents me from getting optimal use. For example, I tried training the BIOSTRAP to the leg curl exercise and it did not work necessitating a retrain. Hope this helps. I have high expectations for use of this product.”
