“I'm loving my Biostrap! It has helped my training immensely to know when my body has recovered and I'm ready to push hard, and when to back off a little and take it easy. The only reason I can't give it 5 stars is that the app and sync process can be a bit glitch-y. I have problems with getting it connected to my phone, and the sync can be very slow, particularly after a long workout. I trust this will improve over time. Thanks!”

“I am really not happy so far. For example today.. there are no readings since 4am. It doesn’t update reliably. It is powered up. But needing to recharge it every day is ridiculous. When I check workouts, it is not to date. If I go back and forth in that counter it keeps changing.”

“Thoroughly impressed with Biostrap. I use it to track my recovery from surfing, standup surfing, strength training, Yoga, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, as well as my sleep and HRV. Some days I literally take my wristband from a surf session straight into Jiu Jitsu and then Yoga...then crash like a rock at night. One band does it all. Thanks for a great product.”

“It is great only thing I see with it is battery only lasts for 1.5 days other than that it is very detailed in its scans :sunglasses:”

“It popped off several times when I was using it and i found it to be super non user friendly and I'm going to send it back. Not what I was hoping it would be.”

“I've had mine for about a month and love it. I've never used a heart monitor or any sort of wearable previously. The Thing I like most (separates Biostrap from the rest) is the superior customer service and the community of other users that is being built and fostered. If anyone has an issue, not only do the employees work tirelessly to remedy it, other users chime in with suggestions. Not only are you getting a great product, you're getting a great experience.”
