“I have seem to developed a rash from routinely wearing it. Not sure what plastic blend they used but you can see a red mark around the wrist, with the worst part of it at the stainless steel fasest.”

“The strap is terrible and not sturdy. The metal clasps has literally separated into two sections. The strap while being functional is a little short for my size of forearm. I suggest a Velcro type strap - take a look at the Apple Watch strap. Tut has lasted me a long time and still looks good. The Velcro for the leg is not lasting well it looks really weathered and I’ve only had it for a few months. You really need to address the strap issue or let a theirs part vendor supply alternatives.”

“only wear the old band at night as it sometimes falls off when i sleep. (Also was when clasp broke while i slept). Accidentially cut band and emailed customer best way to repair and instead of presenting options made me wait a day without use of bad while i emailed photo. Suggested new band. I wanted to know if sugru was a viable choice. (It is and it workec well and i kept repaired band as a backup.) Then a week after i got a link from customer service for old band i got an email with link for new band; yet my search previous to customer service call showed neither. This culture is counterproductive to a subscription service.”
