“Hi Gang, thanks for the strap 2.0. I love the red color, but it’s harder to use than the 1.0 version, and I’m not sure that it’s any more secure. I find tucking the tail in is difficult to do without undoing the peg. I’m getting better at it, but I have to take my thumbnail and press the material around the peg down to ensure it stays inserted. It’s kind of a hassle! I’m inclined to think a regular tongue and hole fastener, like a belt or watch might be the easiest and most secure fastening mechanism. However, I LOVE my BioStrap and am more than happy to try any ideas you come up with!”

“I really like my new red 2.0. At first I found it awkward to put on but once I got the trick it was easy. I like how the strap slides under rather than sitting on top of the band, which makes it more secure. It is also easier to fit one small metal piece into a hole than two chevrons. I really appreciate the interest the company shows to learn from customers and to constantly strive to make a better product. I feel part of something rather than just a purchaser, which is rare when purchasing something.”

“I found consistent results up on the forearm as opposed to the wrist. The problem is the band itself is too short. Is there a larger band? It actually cut into my skin and the the rubbing of the clasp caused issues as well. Figure out the strap issue of better yet offer one to be worn up on the arm this is a winner! I believe you are onto something with this product so I rated it high. Just fix the band length issue because if it slips up when you sleep your circulation is cut off.”

“On the plus side I really like what the biostrap monitors, and the support had been awesome. The sleep feedback has been right on target. The heart rate monitor has caught several occasions where my heart rate has spiked which is a health concern of mine. On the minus side, I have had 4 or 5 occasions where my biostrap stops measuring anything, ie steps, heart rate etc. Also, neither band is very sturdy with a positive clasp. I wanted to wear my biostrap surfing, but will only do so with a fullsuit on with the biostrap under a tight neoprene sleeve for fear it will fall off in the water. I would love to give Biostrap 5 stars and once the bugs are worked out I will.”
