“Worst customer service of any company I have ever delt with. No one ever picks up the phone, you have to leave your name and number but you don't get a call back. You leave questions on their "contact us" also never to get answers. Never purchasing anything from them again.”
“I was a bit sceptical that adding flowing water to a bird bath would not only keep the water clearer but also attract more birds. Pleasantly surprised to find many more birds used the bird bath although no new species yet. It works better with more depth so I need to find a deeper birdbath if I want to avoid topping up twice a day.”
“Super fast delivery, and so far the Stonecreek Waterfall Rock birdbath pump is working great. It is not noisy, and I have the pump setting on almost the lowest setting, as I prefer the water bubbling out of the rock, not spraying. The birds also seem to enjoy it, as more are using my birdbath now than before.”
