“This is my second purchase of this super dome. The first one I used to keep squirrels and chipmunks off my suet feeder. It worked perfectly. This time I used it to provide protection to the seed in my platform feeder. It's been great, keeps the rain/snow out and the birds hangout under it.”
“A baffle was shipped to me without the hardware to make it useable. Customer Service refused to help and told me to get in touch with the manufacturerer even though they shipped the baffle without the part.”
“It's wide enough to provide excellent protection and you can install the hanging rods as shown, or switch them if you want the feeder to hang down lower from the baffle. Or you can go to Home Depot and pick up other options that will screw in.

“Much to my chagrin (!) my yard accommodates very smart squirrels. They were suddenly stupefied and baffled when faced with this tricky baffle. The leader of this year's super pack is pretty upset that the expensive bird food is no longer available: Out of Business!
I love everything about this product. I wish the inside hook was an inch or two lower for hanging the feeder but I will come up with a plan for reaching it, after all, teachers are very smart people and easily adapt. Ha Ha too bad the squirrels remain completely baffled!
