Birds Choice Bird Feeder and Bird House Cleaner 32 oz. Reviews

4.6 Rating 49 Reviews
I've only used it on my bird bath and it did a great job. Worked better than the soap. I sprayed on, waited 5 minutes, then scrubbed with a brush and rinsed. My bird bath was so dirty and stained that I did this process twice, and it turned out great.

Cleaned the mold and mildew right off! Sprayed my feeders and bird bath and in a few minutes CLEAN! Due to the cold weather and the outdoor faucet being off, I used a sprinkling can of warm water from in the house to rinse well. The one thing I would change is the shape of hand grip part of the bottle; it's a bit hard to hold with arthritic hands. I wrapped a big rubber band around that part, which helped. I’ve tried it a few times now and would buy again. Another great product which makes bird feeding easier, especially in the winter months. Nice big bottle too.

The birds choice Bird Feeder and Bird House Cleaner worked well on all but the most stubborn stains and older stains. For the most part, I found it easy to use and removed bird waste effortlessly; however, older stains required a second spraying, soaking and scrubbing with a soft bristle brush. I found the subtle scent very pleasing.

I didn't get a chance to test the cleaner. My spray bottle was awful. I tried all the settings on the nozzle and none of them sprayer enough cleaner to work. I switched to my regular cleaner. I will put your cleaner in a different sprayer the next time I have a feeder to clean. I am hoping it will work on my Oriole feeder that does get moldy. I was cleaning my Teal feeders, which I love and they look like new after using my regular cleaner, Palmolive, Thank you for the chance to try a new product. Joan

Just did a thorough feeder cleaning with this solution after seeing a bird with avian pox. It's easy to use and the feeders look clean. However, I don't like that the ingredients aren't listed on the label. If you peel off the back label (and there's no indication on the label that further info is printed on its other side), there are some pretty strong precautionary statements. I received this product in exchange for an honest review.

This is a time saver for me. Spray on feeder, wait 5 minutes, clean feeder. I used to have to scrub the feeder with a scrub pad and brush. I would have to soak for days to loosen debris enough to clean. Now a chore that used to take days is only minutes!

The weather up here in New England has been quite chilly, to say the least. As such I have not taken my garden hoses outside yet. The directions say to spray on the cleaner then hose off any excess. I won't be using the cleaner until the weather warms up a bit. After that, I will gladly give my utmost opion. Stay tuned. Also, I can't send you any pictures because I don't have one of "those types of phone".

Worked well to clean my many different types of feeders. I hadn’t cleaned my feeders as regularly over winter and it got them looking like new after the recommended 5 minute sitting time. Has a pleasant smell and not over powering. It would be nice to know what’s in the product as it warns about contact with skin and clothing.
