It's the perfect size and made extremely well for me to feel confident that it will last for a long time. “I love everything about this little tray. I live in the Midwest .And our weather changes overnight frequently. Snow , rain, wind. This tray is sturdy and is a hard recycled plastic. No rust, or wood rot. It's large enough to fill with nuts, fruit or seed. I hung mine on the fence and the birds and squirrels are getting fed no mater the weather. “Platform feeders are my favorite bird feeders. They are so easy to fill and give a lot of flexibility to the type of feed you can use. I love mixes that have a lot of sunflower seeds to attract the cardinals and they work well in a platform feeder as there are no clogging issues. The Birds Choice feeder is well made and very sturdy. Because it is made of recycled plastic it will hold up well against the elements. The wood platform feeders I have had in the past usually only last a season. This feeder seems like it will hold up well to the Texas sun and rain. The hanging parts are high quality as well. Definitely recommend this feeder!”
“I received the - Small Hanging Platform Bird Feeder in Green Recycled Plastic and the birds live it. We have other feeders but this one the bigger type birds can get to the food easier. We like keeping the birds feed through the winter. There was nothing to assemble and very well made Definitely will be getting a couple more.”
