When I picked the package up from my porch, it sounded like a box of Legos. This was going to be a Christmas gift, but I had to change paths. Disappointing.

Lana, We apologize for the damaged product! It should have been packaged better. Even though this was a Christmas present and you had to go a different route, we would like to send you a replacement. We have reached out to you privately to discuss further. Thank you, The Birds Choice Team

These seed wreaths are very nice except they don't come as pictured. The wreath is the same but it is not resting on a bed of red tissue paper. To me this was important because it looks more festive for gift giving.

Susan, Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts on this Mr. Bird product. We value all feedback, including constructive criticism, as it helps us improve and provide a better experience for our customers. We're sorry that the wreath is not resting on a bed of red tissue paper. They come from the manufacturer already pre-packaged and the photos came from them as well. The Birds Choice Team
