Hummerfest Hummingbird Feeder for 12 oz. Nectar with 6 Nectar Ports Reviews

4.8 Rating 57 Reviews
This is a great feeder. My hummingbirds took to it right away. It is nice because the feeding ports are separated and the birds seem to feel less need for completion. It comes with a nice brush for cleaning.

We needed a second feeder so the ladies can dine in peace. This feeder is beautiful, functional and easy to fill and clean.

A sturdy feeder with a beautiful, shiny red top. Nectar ports have individual perches. My only complaint is that the top could fit tighter but this isn't a problem.

Although I haven't seen many hummingbirds in our area (definitely some Orioles, though), I decided to try attracting them. This feeder has a few features I especially like that will make the maintenance easier so we can spend more time watching for our little friends. The unit comes with a fairly long support hook, which should help prevents spills when it gets breezy. Another great idea is that there's a little 'moat' between the hook attachment point and the nectar receptacle; this should keep the ants away. The whole unit is also made of polycarbonate plastic, like headlight lenses, so it should stand up to the sunlight for many years. One suggestion I have would be to put a little tiny dab of silicone grease or vaseline on the threads of the hook before installing it; this will make disassembly easier in the off season (if you have one).
