“The birds love these feeders, which is the most important. Immediately put it together and hung it as a replacement for a very small unit outside our window. It took but a very few minutes before our feathered friends began to tentatively accept it. Within two days the birds trooped in and happily freeload with greater enjoyment due to the increased feeding stations. I have had a lot of rain in the last week, and the seed has stayed dry, I do not have to empty the seed out of the feeder, dry the feeder out, and put the seed back in. I do not have to keep the seed from sticking together and clogging the feeder seed outlet after it rains. The canopy keeps the food and the feeding birds dry when it is raining.”
“Tried this very large bird feeder because of the shield around it, and am happy I did. No squirrels have been able to get to the seed. it also serves to keep the rain out of the feeder holes and the birds can eat safely, and, major plus, I do not have to fill it up nearly as often as the smaller feeders. very happy to have tried this!!!!!!”
