“What a great bird feeder !!! Love the design and easy of use!! This Birds Choice Hanging Bird Feeder with Baffle Weather Gaurd does require a bit of assembly to install the baffle. All that's needed is a screwdriver to assemble the baffle, instructions are included for the assembly. The most difficulty I had was placing the nut on the screw on the inside of the baffle, on the opposite side, as is was difficult holding the baffle in place to align the holes by myself. If you have someone available to align the holes it would be much easier, but if not it can be accomplished. The baffle/weatherguard is made from 100% polycarbonate and protects seed from the elements, it can also be slid up or down depending on the size of bird you want to accommodate at the feeder. This design also keeps the squirrels and mice out !! To fill the feeder just remove the green top cap and poor in the seed.
