“I am pleased with my replacement cap. It works as it should. I am disappointed however that the price was high and shipping was outrageous. Since you do sell this replacement part, obviously you know it falls off and needs to be replaced. Why cant you make a part that does not need replacing?”
“We have 3 of the classic bird feeders. They are perfect. The last, are good for birds of all sizes and keep all squirrels out as long as not placed within jumping distance. That being said there is a plastic cap that the feeder rests on at the top of the pole. that wears out in a couple years and has to be replaced.”
