Purple Martin House with Starling Resistant Entrance Holes 2 Floor 8 Room Unassembled Reviews

4.4 Rating 5 Reviews
Very nice house, good construction. Assembly was actually fun to do (I enjoy working on mechanical things). I did modify the holes on the gable ends for the room by making them a little longer. When I used the original holes the roof was bending as I tightened the screws down by making the holes a little longer the roof line matched the gable end exactly without and bending.

Assembly is not complicated but take your time. Took 2 hours to assemble. Once together it sturdy and is easy to clean. Martin's give it two thump up. Will purchase again.

The bird house is quite nice and sturdy once assembled. The assembly is challenging, even for my mechanical engineering husband, so I give a rating of 4 of 5. Consider buying the bird house fully assembled!

I have not assembled the birdhouse as it was a gift. I was shocked how expensive the birdhouse was, however, it was one of the most reasonably priced purple martin houses that I found on the internet. The lady that I talked to on the phone was very helpful and was very kind to give me the 15% (if I recall correctly) discount using a promo code.
