“I live in a residential neighborhood so I could not put up a massive martin house. I loved the size of this house and the fact that the way the rooms are setup it will provide protection from predators. Setup was pretty straight forward. The directions that came with the house were not the best but I found a youtube video that helped ( https://youtu.be/NOXAJcbk0vA ). It looks great in my yard, and is really well made. It should last a very long time.”
