“Squirrels (or raccoons) stole the hanging rod for our Oriolefest feeder. We bought a second feeder, and they stole that hanger, too! Luckily, Bird's Choice sells replacement parts, and now my Orioles are fed . Now I bring the feeders in at night.”
“My feeder was blown off the hanger and the hanging rod got a little bent. Even after my attempt at straightening, it was never perfect and the water in the feeder wasn't level so I couldn't fill it totally to where it was supposed to be. A customer service rep got right back to me and let me know the part to order and now my feeder is hanging straight once again! Happy customer!!!”
“I have had an Oriole feeder for 2 years but never assembled it until this year. Could not find the rod which is absolutely imperative if you want to hang it. Called and spoke with an employee who was very helpful in finding the correct size rod and arranging shipment which took about 5 days. My only commment was the shipping cost seemed high for the size and wt of the rod that was needed.”
