“Needed to replace the coated screen. The squirrels and some birds had scratched the plastic coating to an extent where plastic pieces were covering the screen. Contacted the company and the replacement part ($5ish) was shipped to me (another $5ish) promptly. Part was easy to replace. Suet feeder is back in business”
