“The feeder itself is nice and seems sturdy. But I do have a problem with the loop to hang the feeder. This feeder doesn’t come with a chain or anything else to hang the feeder. I don’t know why the maker wouldn’t include this. Not everyone has a pole or something else to hang it on. I also didn’t like that the loop was quite small. I found a bungee to rope it to my tree, but I couldn’t fit it through the eye of the loop. I hung it with some twisty ties….I’m not sure it will hold long. The other issue k had was with the cage. On both sides it lined up offset, I had to take pliers to bend the closure to get them to close flat. I also added a twist tie so the squirrels can’t pop them open. So far it looks really nice and I love the concept. I just wish I didn’t have such a struggle trying to figure out how to hang it.”
