“Great product and made well. When I received the package there was damage to the feeder. The box had been damaged in transit. Called customer service and they took care of it right away by sending out a new one overnight in time for Christmas. Thank you!”
“Solidly built and a good size platform to fit a number of birds at once. Screen is firm mesh metal and fine enough seed I use doesn’t drop through. It does have some weight so I prefer to have the legs rest on the window frame. The screen is removable. Birds found it quickly. So great too that the squirrels can’t get to it!”
“The birds love it and it stays up IF the bottom braces are on a solid surface (like the bottom of the window). It does not stay up if your are putting it up in the middle of the window.
The feeder tray itself is very well constructed and looks great!
We have had up to 25 Goldfinches on it at once.”
