I added to the top of my existing bird feeder, at first the birds weren't sure but after a few days they are in the feeder. “This is a fabulous cover for any type of feeder. As you see, I have it on a tube style feeder, but it's big enough for a tray style as well. Unfortunately, this is my yard birds favorite feeder, but it gets wet every time it rains, especially where it is (we are repurposing a dead tree). I don't think that will be an issue anymore! As soon as I put this on, they came to check it out, and had absolutely no issue with it whatsoever due to it being clear. It's made of a heavy duty plastic, so I'm not concerned with it cracking or breaking in our SoCal heat, and putting it together was simple - just a washer and 2 hooks, easy peasy! Love this cover!”
