“The only reason l am giving one star is that l ordered a letterbox gift for my granddaughter. I ordered it on the 12th for next day delivery which was her birthday. It did not arrive. I have since been told that the post code had one digit missing. How can a company of this size allow a gift to be posted with an incorrect postcode and disappoint a little girl. Your business is based on this type of customer.
I sent a letterbox gift to my grandson in January and the post office did not put it through the LETTERBOX
And it took a week to get it from the sorting office. Bad logistics and again another let down.
You need to get your act together or not be in the business of special occasions.”
