“As always the friend receiving the gift was absolutely delighted and will now consider using yourselves for gifts herself. I was disappointed that it didn't arrive on her birthday even though I changed the despatch date to 19th Jan and it arrived on 23rd Jan which missed her birthday. Although I realise that Royal Mail are having problems and you highlighted this I couldn't justify £6.95 postage for a letterbox gift although I would consider for one of the tins of biscuits. I just wanted to highlight to others to put the delivery date 4 days before you actually want it to get it there on the date e.g if you want it to arrive on 10th put 6th and it will arrive on 10th! Disappointed this time but I will use you again for Valentines as you can see from my account I love the gifts you offer. Jane”

I'm so sorry for the delay in delivery from royal mail!
Unfortunately Royal Mail are experiencing a high amount of parcels that they are having to deliver and pass through the system and are working with reduced staffing, which is causing a few delays. This can be longer during peak periods such as Lockdowns or Christmas.
Again I'm very sorry for the delay.
