“Unfortunately like many other reviews on this biscuit, the item has not arrived. The order was placed on the 3rd December and dispatched on 7th December for the agreed delivery date of the 8th December for a friends 60th Birthday. Order was placed in plenty of time to allow for a possible postal delay and prior to the postal disruptions which are currently ongoing. Have tried contacting Customer Services by phone and email, who explain responses may take up to 48 hrs but have never received a response. Such a disappointing experience of this company.”
