“I am unable to rate this as it still has not arrived. I appreciate that Royal Mail is struggling but the item was dispatched 5 days ago. As it was a birthday gift it will be irrelevant when it arrives, and possibly stale.”

“I cant fault the product, my sister loved it and biscuits I have received previously have been so beautiful. Arrived perfectly. However, Im guessing they don't use first class, so there are delays. I would suggest arranging for arrival at least 5 days in advance of the chosen date. That was our only disappointment and of course Royal Mail are to blame, even though everything else we sent by Royal Mail (first class) arrived on time.”
