“When I give these to people they are torn between looking at them and eating them. Of course they give in to temptation eventually after feasting their eyes for a couple of days.”
“I'd love to properly review this biscuit which was a gift for a special birthday and im sure it will be lovely when it arrives (if very late)but unfortunately it has not arrived yet despite being due for delivery on 1st December. I have been in touch with customer services who have advised that deliveries can take up to 7 working days currently due to Royal mail delays which would be understandable however this was not clear when I placed the order for next day delivery (it only states delivery dates can not be guaranteed) there is no mention of a possible 7 day wait, I would find a few days wait reasonable unless otherwise stated for a product offering next day delivery, particularly with something that is clearly intended as a birthday gift.”

“Still not delivered a week after scheduled delivery. If you know that Royal Mail delivery is taking 5-7 days because of Covid/Christmas then why send out the biscuits the day before they are due to be delivered???”

“Reason for poor review owing to delivery, not biscuit. Given it was ordered 6 days ahead of date I wanted it delivering - it arrives 2 days late. Why it isn't posted with that notice 1 day ahead instead of the day before, I don't understand. If its date specific, don't bother”
