“While the recipient was delighted with her beautiful Birthday biscuit, I was very upset that it did not arrive on her birthday. As I ordered it around a week before, I assumed that I didn't need to use next day delivery ... it seemed counter intuitive as I didn't want it to arrive the next day! I'm informed that the Royal Mail is at fault, but many other companies appear to be able to navigate the delivery system effectively. A real shame because I love the concept, and would have used it regularly, particularly in lockdown to send an unexpected birthday surprise!”

I'm so sorry for the delay in delivery.
Unfortunately Royal Mail are experiencing a high amount of parcels that they are having to deliver and pass through the system and are working with reduced staffing, which is causing a few delays.
However I am very happy they enjoyed the biscuits on arrival!
