“The actual biscuit was well received by the person I sent this to. However I had enormous problems placing the order via the website, eventually successful. I received initial email to confirm order but never had notification that the parcel was delivered so left not knowing until the person I sent it to rang to thank me. I loved the idea of sending something like this but feel the whole process was labour intensive. Still the person who received it loved it.”
