A bit about our chocolate biscuits
Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon traditional twice baked English style biscuits. Its texture is somwhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our chocolate bake uses rich cocoa powder to give a luxurious, chocolatey taste.

“I placed my order, my first order, with you in early December, requesting that it be delivered to me by 19 December. It was explained to me that deliveries could be delayed because of a build-up of post with Royal Mail. However, I did say that it could be posted at any point from date of order, with the aim of me having it by 19 December. I am sorry to say that, as at 22 December, it still hasn't arrived.”

“Bought for my Granddaughter's Ninth Birthday. She loved it so much she insisted on taking it to School that day as part of her packed lunch and show to her friends! It did not last long! I had hoped she would keep it until I was able to visit and see it personally. Sadly it was not to be but luckily my Daughter took a photo before it went to school.”

“Not Happy... this biscuit was ordered on 16th Nov for a birthday gift due to be delivered on 12th Dec, Its now 17th Dec and its still not been delivered and the tracking no. for chasing will not work with the Royal Mail...”

“A lovely present to get through the post and the recipient was very happy. Alas it was delivered 2 days later than requested. Appreciate that in current circumstances, Royal Mail are under pressure. Options could be to pay for guaranteed delivery on a certain date or ask for it to be delivered earlier than the intended date.”
