A bit about our vanilla biscuits
Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon a traditional twice baked English style biscuits. Its texture is somwhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our vanilla bake uses delicious Madagascan vanilla to give a warm, sweet taste.

“This was a gift for our granddaughter when she got Covid 19. Luckily she is now recovered. The biscuit cheered her up and disappeared very quickly. Maybe it helped with her speedy recovery!”
