A bit about our vanilla biscuits
Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon a traditional twice baked English style biscuits. Its texture is somwhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our vanilla bake uses delicious Madagascan vanilla to give a warm, sweet taste.

“The biscuit itself with the icing was delicious; it was melt in the mouth rather than crisp, which I actually preferred; Beautifully presented, but there is some plain white icing used on the underside to fix the biscuit for packing, which I feel is not necessary as the biscuit and icing is already sweet enough; would I order again? Definitely yes! Could do with being a few pounds cheaper, especially given the fact you have to add on £3.50 postage.”
