A bit about our vanilla biscuits
Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon a traditional twice baked English style biscuits. Its texture is somwhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our vanilla bake uses delicious Madagascan vanilla to give a warm, sweet taste.

“Ordered for a friend who had received some upsetting news. I purposely ordered a letterbox biscuit so it didn’t matter if she was home or not, however it was NOT delivered through the letterbox and what was meant to be a nice small gesture turned into her having to go to her local post office depo which is not ideal in the current climate. Not sure why they are advertised as Letterbox if they don’t get posted through the letterbox. Customer service not really too interested as they said it’s royal mail. I have used a letterbox cake company before and will go back to using them, it’s a smaller company and their customer service is fantastic. I feel that biscuiteers is a big company that doesn’t really care too much about the customer so will probably not order again. Biscuit was nice but shame the service is poor.”
