A bit about our chocolate biscuits
Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon traditional twice baked English style biscuits. Its texture is somwhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our chocolate bake uses rich cocoa powder to give a luxurious, chocolatey taste.

Icing was excellent, texture was delicious - crunchy but soft. Insufficiently chocolatey. Arrived a day late. Appearance was excellent.

I ordered the happy birthday letterbox biscuits as a gift. They arrived exactly on time, were well wrapped and looked delicious. As a gift, I've not tasted the biscuits but my friend said they were delicious. Very happy to recommend.

Very disappointing. The card stating who the birthday biscuits were from was left out, meaning that the recipient was baffled and I as the sender was concerned not to have heard from her. The biscuits are very expensive at over £30 for 5 biscuits and the birthday surprise was ruined. My complaint was met with a lacklustre apology and no offer of any refund. I will not order again.

When the biscuits arrived they went down a storm. Alas they should have arrived 4 days earlier. Not Biscuiteers fault, it looks like it was Royal Mail's doing. However it was designed to brighten someone's birthday and it was mortifying that they took so long to arrive. An order going to Scotland arrived much quicker than this one going across London.

2 days late in arriving but probably due to covid problems. Everyone thought they were fabulous. Thanks.
