A bit about our chocolate biscuits
Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon traditional twice baked English style biscuits. Its texture is somwhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our chocolate bake uses rich cocoa powder to give a luxurious, chocolatey taste.

Sent to my Mother in Law for her birthday, she was so pleased with them. She had never seen them before and my Sister in Law is going to order some for a friends birthday. So a win win all round. Thank you

I ordered a biscuit gift for my friends birthday- I had it personalised for the occasion. I selected delivery from Royal Mail (I ordered it 2 days in advance and assumed your 95% delivery on time notice referred to next day delivery) I got a text from RM to say it was being delivered the next day (day before her birthday). It didn’t arrive, nor did it arrive on her birthday. Whilst I understand you can’t be responsible for the vagaries of RM delivery, the response from the person I spoke to lacked any empathy. Just kept quoting the 95% figure at me. By now it was too late to resend ( it was a Friday) . I called your office again on the Monday after establishing it still hasn’t arrived. More of the 95% mantra. Agreement to re-issue another gift was agreed- personalised with “happy belated birthday) My friend will hopefully receive it Wednesday (I asked for it to be sent by DPD) So a week after I originally ordered it and 5 days after her birthday she will hopefully receive it. Feedback It would have been nice to have the DPD option offered rather than having to ask for it myself. Please teach your staff that empathy is important. You are offering a service aimed at celebrating emotional milestones that when missed, might warrant a “ oh, yes, I can understand that must be disappointing, let’s see how how I can help”. THAT is the reason why I am reluctant to use your services again.

First time I’ve used Biscuiteers - birthday gift for dear friend. Easy ordering, arrived first thing on appointed day - recipient thrilled- what more could one ask? Excellent

Was lovely and a very happy surprise for a friend but was a shame that it didn't arrive on the chosen date. Not sure why this was as I ordered it well in advance of my selected date.

The person received this the day after her birthday but was due to the unreliability of the post. However she was over the moon with her birthday biscuits and said they looked too nice to eat.

I sent these to my mum and we watched her open them on a video call. Her first words were “Aahhhhhh, aren’t they LOVELY?” She was really impressed with the detail and is planning on buying them for friends.
