A bit about our chocolate biscuits
Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon traditional twice baked English style biscuits. Its texture is somwhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our chocolate bake uses rich cocoa powder to give a luxurious, chocolatey taste.

“I ordered the biscuits for a friend's birthday, ordering a week early to ensure delivery on the specified date. The biscuits arrived a week after the planned delivery date. If I’d know they were going to be late I wouldn’t have ordered them. Why offer a chosen delivery date if you are unable to meet it?”

“Arrived late, so missed birthday. No comms from merchant to say it would be late. Still awaiting a different order which again was sent out late and should have been received before Christmas as a present. Again no comms from the merchant to say it would be late!!!!!”

“Really disappointed. Ordered on 15.12 for delivery on 22.12. Not personalised just a stock item. Despatched on 23.12 and delivered on 24.12. No apology just a cheerful email telling me that they had been despatched. When I conveyed my disappointment I got a glib response from someone called Richie that didn't address the problem at all. Then I got an email asking me to write a review!! I have used Biscuiteers a few times this year and always been pleased. Now I'm really cheesed off and very disappointed at their unreliability. I am not sure that I will ever buy from them again.”
