A bit about our gingerbread bake biscuits
Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon a traditional twice baked English style biscuits. Its texture is somwhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our gingerbread bake uses delicous mix of spices to give it a sweet and fragrant taste

“The biscuit was well received. I have not seen the photos yet, so cannot comment any further. I would like to comment though, that it is shame that you can't pre-order for a date in advance. The reminder service is okay. But it still means you have to do it later. A cheaper slow postal price would be better received. Also, the quoted as Special Delivery price should be described as Recorded Delivery, as it is a signed for only and not next working day.”

“Late delivery so totally pointless birthday gift. I complained to you and received a very weak email response, in which your company did not wish to accept any responsibility for this - blaming it on Royal Mail. This is not the first time your deliveries have been late. I will not be using your service again. Shame.”

Hello Katy, Thank you for your reply and for placing an order with us. We're so sorry that you have not been completely satisfied with our service. I can see that you selected our Royal Mail delivery service at checkout, which is not actually a guaranteed next day delivery service. This is a 48 hour delivery service and can be delivered up to two days after dispatch. We do try to make this clear at the point of sale and then on customer's order confirmation emails as well, so we're so sorry if this was missed. We do offer a courier nominated day delivery service at checkout, which is guaranteed, if you do need an item to be delivered on a specific day. “Delivered as per request on a specific day - our daughter's birthday. Beautiful packaging and gorgeous biscuit inside. Our Jolly Ginger arrived in one piece and definitely brought a smile to our daughter's face.”

“For £6 (plus £3.30 shipping), we expected an AMAZING gingerbread man. Sadly, this was a very small, flavourless, overpriced biscuit that took nearly a week to reach us. All in all, a huge disappointment and we will not be ordering from you again.”
