A bit about our gingerbread bake biscuits
Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon traditional twice baked English style biscuits. Its texture is somwhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our gingerbread bake uses delicous mix of spices to give it a sweet and fragrant taste.

“Gifts for my kids teachers which are to be given nect week, from previous orders I expect they will be well received. Only comment from me comment from me would be that I ordered 4 sets but was only given one 'gift note',that I specifically made generic as they are for 4 people.”
