A bit about our gingerbread bake biscuits
Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon traditional twice baked English style biscuits. Its texture is somwhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our gingerbread bake uses delicous mix of spices to give it a sweet and fragrant taste.

“This was a gift so cannot review the biscuit but it arrived 4 days late!! I didn’t expect this when next day delivery was paid for. A real off-put for buying in the future when it was specifically ordered to arrive for someone’s birthday.”

Thank you very much for the feedback. I am so sorry for the delay in delivery from royal mail! Unfortunately, Royal Mail are experiencing a high number of parcels that they are having to deliver and pass through the system and are working with reduced staffing, which is causing a few delays. This can be longer during peak periods such as Lockdowns or holidays. Again, I'm very sorry for the delay. Warm Regards, Biscuiteers x
