A bit about our gingerbread bake biscuits
Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon traditional twice baked English style biscuits. Its texture is somwhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our gingerbread bake uses delicous mix of spices to give it a sweet and fragrant taste.

“Really liked our fleur jolly ginger. It was beautifully decorated and presented. I ordered three but unfortunately the one that I needed to arrive on the special day arrived two days late which was disappointing.”
