A bit about our gingerbread bake biscuits
Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon traditional twice baked English style biscuits. Its texture is somwhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our gingerbread bake uses delicous mix of spices to give it a sweet and fragrant taste.

“Sent to our daughter at Uni to cheer her up. She loved it! Didn’t really want to eat it and was going to keep it until she had time to eat it slowly and really enjoy it. However temptation soon took over and she did eat both feet!A great way to put a smile on someone’s face especially at the moment and I have since ordered more to send to elderly relatives. Beautifully packaged and arrived bang on time. Just wish someone would send me one!”
