A bit about our gingerbread bake biscuits
Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon traditional twice baked English style biscuits. Its texture is somwhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our gingerbread bake uses delicous mix of spices to give it a sweet and fragrant taste.

“This gingerbread man was gratefully received by someone who just needed a little 'pick me up'. He arrived on time, intact and in lovely packaging. The message from who sent it was quite hard to find (apparently) but by all accounts he tasted good too! Just wish the biscuits weren't as expensive and I would then definitely order more.”

“This biscuit was sent to my Nephew in the UK as a birthday gift. In his video, while opening his present, I could see how it was meticulously packaged and how the actual biscuit appeared after delivery. I was really impressed, so was my Nephew. He devoured it soon after. I guess it really tasted good, too. Thank you for helping this American celebrate her nephew's UK birthday with a sweet treat.”
