A bit about our gingerbread bake biscuits
Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon traditional twice baked English style biscuits. Its texture is somwhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our gingerbread bake uses delicous mix of spices to give it a sweet and fragrant taste.

“I am a bit disappointed as I bought a letter box friendly biscuit but the person I sent it to, said they got a Royal Mail slip. I hope that when they collect it it isn’t too dry! Thank you”
