A bit about our gingerbread bake biscuits
Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon traditional twice baked English style biscuits. Its texture is somwhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our gingerbread bake uses delicous mix of spices to give it a sweet and fragrant taste.

“It was a present for my 9 yr old niece as a thank you. She absolutely loved receiving it through the post, posed long with fleur for a photo and ate it. "It was yummy".”

“Gorgeous little fellow! I have now sent this to three separate people and each time the recipient was delighted and really cheered by their little letterbox gift. Looks exactly as it does in the picture and is packaged beautifully. A great way to raise a smile in a way they won’t be expecting.”
