A bit about our gingerbread bake biscuits
Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon traditional twice baked English style biscuits. Its texture is somwhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our gingerbread bake uses delicous mix of spices to give it a sweet and fragrant taste.

“Sent as a birthday gift so didn't get a chance to see or taste the fleur jolly ginger but the recipient of it loved it. Thought it was beautifully packaged and said that every time she looked at the smile on the jolly gingers face, it made her smile. Great service and product especially during these unprecedented times.”
