A bit about our gingerbread bake biscuits
Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon traditional twice baked English style biscuits. Its texture is somwhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our gingerbread bake uses delicous mix of spices to give it a sweet and fragrant taste.

“Biscuiteers never let me down, this was purchased as a ‘pick me’ up gift for my daughter who is a florist and was working flat out to complete Mothers Day bouquets- needless to say she was delighted with her biscuit which I’m told tasted delicious and arrived securely wrapped.”
