A bit about our gingerbread bake biscuits
Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon traditional twice baked English style biscuits. Its texture is somwhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our gingerbread bake uses delicous mix of spices to give it a sweet and fragrant taste.

“I ordered my jolly ginger to be sent to a friend. The gingerbread man arrived the following day and was packaged beautifully! My friend was overwhelmed by her jolly gingerbread gift! She is currently having a dilemma about actually eating it as it’s so lovely!”
