A bit about our gingerbread bake biscuits
Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon traditional twice baked English style biscuits. Its texture is somwhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our gingerbread bake uses delicous mix of spices to give it a sweet and fragrant taste.

“Sent as a thank you gift to two dear friends . They loved the jolly ginger and as one said ; id just put the kettle on to make a cup of tea and checked the post, what a wonderful surprise ..a perfect combo a lovely gingerbread and a cup of tea !”

“The actual biscuit itself was good and well received - recipient was delighted with gift. issues however with email confirmation as I was asked to review message and address details however none were included with confirmation email. Then had to phone twice on the Monday to ask for info to be sent through, which it was. Then received email from my mobile provider to advise I had made calls which were premium numbers, not included in my bundle so altogether not too happy with my purchase.”
