A bit about our gingerbread bake biscuits
Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon traditional twice baked English style biscuits. Its texture is somwhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our gingerbread bake uses delicous mix of spices to give it a sweet and fragrant taste.

“For my Friend's birthday I sent this as a 'edible card' instead of a boring Birthday Card. I received a lovely message from my Friend, who was surprised and delighted with it, so much so that she can't eat him..... "he is too lovely". So it was the perfect jolly ginger to send. (I'm sure she will either break a leg off or bite his head off at some point!). Oh and I'm delighted the order was all delivered on time and arrived intact. Thank You.”

“I ordered this for my elederly mother for mother’s day. With postage I found the price of £9 something quite a lot for essentially a pretty ginger biscuit and was slightly disappointed at the size. My mother found it too hard to eat which added to my disappointment of a potentially exciting gift. I have ordered boxed biscuits before and have been happy with them. I will not order this again.”
